Impact was founded by Ireland's first Chartered PR Practitioner and CIPR Fellow, Julie McCabe. We are a team of award-winning communications professionals with over 50 years industry experience spanning across Ireland, the UK and across the world.
We passionately promote and fiercely protect reputations as a trusted partner for each of our clients. Always proactive, we explore and present exciting opportunities that help grow and develop brands and businesses. Our compact and agile team works closely with clients as an extension of their team.

Meet our team
Julie McCabe
Chart.PR FCIPR, Managing Director
Managing Director of Impact and the engine behind our success, Julie is a dedicated, creative and results-focused communications professional with over 25 years’ experience in the PR and Marketing industries. She was Ireland’s first Chartered PR Practitioner in 2012 and in 2015 was awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). Julie’s strong UK and international media relations experience, creative flair, enthusiasm for the industry and vast experience in PR and marketing have been essential for crisis management and strategic planning for clients across the board.
Brittany Breslin
Chart.PR, Director
A Chartered PR Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience, Brittany was recognised as the Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year at the 2018 CIPR Northern Ireland PRide Awards and brings a background of agency and in-house PR in Belfast and Washington, DC. She has driven campaigns for clients including Bord Bia, Lowden Guitars, Lockton Insurance, Citi, Hospital Services Limited, and Liberty IT. She holds a wealth of experience developing and implementing consumer and B2B campaigns which integrate traditional PR methods with digital and new media strategies to deliver high-impact and wide-reaching campaigns.
Bryony Stockman
CIPR Accredited Practitioner, Senior Account Manager
Bryony has been working in agency PR for almost a decade. As a CIPR Accredited Practitioner, Bryony complements the Impact team with her strong writing skills, enthusiasm, creativity and ambition for client success. Bryony has played a key role in delivering successful PR campaigns for a range of clients within the UK and Ireland for accounts including Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council annual calendar of food & drink events and Homeless Connect's annual Homelessness Awareness Week. Bryony also brings her experience in working internationally on various educational campaigns linked with both sport, health & wellbeing and music for clients including Bord Bia, the National Dairy Council and musician Sir James Galway and the Galway Flute Academy.
Shauna Doherty
MCIPR, Communications & Digital Executive
Shauna joined the Impact team shortly after graduating in July 2022 with a degree in Communications, Advertising and Marketing from Ulster University. With a particular interest in all things social media and PR, she enjoys keeping up to date with the ever-changing trends of the digital marketing and PR industry. Shauna excels at bringing a brand's story to life across social media and providing clients with new ways of engaging their target audience across all digital platforms. She has played an integral role supporting client accounts including Grant Heating, Dublin’s EDIT laser skin clinic, Citi Belfast, as well as working with charities including Homeless Connect and Sports Changes Life.
